Commercial Product, Business Site & Public Event Photography Services within Arizona


 

Commercial Product Photography

This service is for clients that have one or more products that need to be professionally photographed for advertising or insurance documenting purposes.


Business Site Photography

This service is for business owners that need photos taken of their store fronts, store interiors and product displays for advertising or insurance purposes.


Public Event Photography

This service is for government agencies, religious institutions, schools or other clients who are planning large public events such as Arts & Crafts Fairs, Festivals or sporting events and need these events photographed for promotional purposes.


Basic rate for all three services is $10 per photo with a $50 minimum.

If you have a large facility to photograph, if you have a large number of commercial products to be photographed or if you have a large public event to photograph you can also choose the following hourly rates;

Up to 2 hours of unlimited photography for $150.

Up to 3 hours of unlimited photography for $250.

Up to 5 hours of unlimited photography for $400.

After the images have been proofed for quality by the client the full sized version will then be available by email or on CD.

CD version is an additional $10. The client can also opt to supply their own blank CD or other USB Device such as a Thumb Drive or external Hard Drive to transfer the finished images to. Images can also be emailed to the client at no extra charge once payment has been confirmed.

8 X 10 prints available for an additional $10.00 per print.

Large Giclee prints on stretched canvas up to 40 x 60 inches are available by special price quote.


All on-site photo sessions are by appointment only with a 2 day minimum notice required. A $50 deposit is required for clients opting for either the $150 or the $250 packages. An additional travel fee may apply if the client is located outside of the Metro-Phoenix area or if multiple trips to the site are required. Deposits can be paid with check or a credit card through PayPal. There is a 4% processing fee using PayPal.

Service payment procedure & Terms of sale;

If you want to pay for any of the listed services by Check simply send me an email at sales@deepdesertent.com or stevenplove@gmail.com. I will then email you an invoice with the total amount due including shipping and Arizona Tax (No tax due for orders outside of Arizona). You will then make a print copy of the invoice and return it to Deep Desert Enterprises at P.O.Box 284 Arlington, AZ 85322 along with the total amount due.

All Checks must clear the Bank before any prints or discs are shipped.

For those wishing to pay through PayPal send me an email at sales@deepdesertent.com or stevenplove@gmail.com and I will then send you an invoice through PayPal for the amount due including shipping and Arizona Tax (No tax due for orders outside of Arizona). You will then simply pay by following the prompts in the PayPal invoice using your credit card or PayPal account. Save a copy of the PayPal invoice in your computer or make a paper copy for your records. Once your PayPal payment is confirmed your prints and or images on disc will be shipped.

There is a 4% processing fee using PayPal.

Services performed at the client's location must be paid in cash.

If a deposit is required the agreed upon deposit must be paid at the signing of the contract prior to services being rendered.

Final payment will be due upon delivery of the finished prints or images on disc.

All sales are final. There are no refunds due to "Buyer's Remorse". All shipped prints and discs will be insured. If a print or disc arrives damaged it must be reported to the shipping company and Deep Desert Enterprises by phone or email immediately so that the insurance can pay for a replacement print. The shipping company may require the damaged print or disc returned to them prior to settling any damage claims. Deep Desert Enterprises is not responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred from damage claims.

There will be no refunds or exchanges if any shipping damage is not reported within 24 hours of the date of delivery.
