Deep Desert Enterprises Portrait & Model Photography Services

If you are an aspiring model and need more than simple headshots for your modeling portfolio I have three options depending upon your budget.

Option 1: The photographer will provide up to 3 hours of photography for a flat $300. During this time period the photographer will take as many photos as possible per the client’s instructions. Under this option the client will have full control and copyrights to the images. The client will have the right to display, digitally copy and or print as many copies as the client sees fit. The client will also have the uncontested right to resell or give away the images to whomever they see fit.

Option 2: The photographer will provide up to 3 hours of photography for a flat $150. During this time period the photographer will take as many photos as possible per the client’s instructions. Under this option the client will be required to sign a model release allowing Deep Desert Enterprises to display and resell up to half (1/2) (50%) of the images on the company website and as Stock Photography. The client will in turn have the right to display or resell their share of the images as they see fit.

Option 3: The photographer will provide up to one hour of photography at no charge. This option requires a signed model release giving Deep Desert Enterprises the full and uncontested copyrights of the images. Under this option Deep Desert Enterprises will have the full rights to display and resell the images as Stock Photography. The client will retain the right to display their copies on their personal website for promotional purposes and submit to modeling agencies to promote their modeling careers. The client will not have the right to resell their copies to third parties without written permission from Deep Desert Enterprises. If a modeling agent needs the original photos for commercial purposes the model involved and the agent will need to contact Deep Desert Enterprises to discuss terms of sale and or use of the photos.

After the images have been proofed for quality by the client via low resolution version sent by email or in person the full sized version will then be available by email or on CD.

CD version is an additional $10. The client can also opt to supply their own blank CD or other USB Device such as a Thumb Drive or external Hard Drive to transfer the finished images to. Images can also be emailed to the client at no extra charge once payment has been confirmed if the client chooses one of the paid options.

For those of you seeking more exotic and artistic photography I also offer Boudoir and Artistic Nude Photography on a case by case basis.

Due to the adult nature of Boudoir and Artistic Nude Photography all prospective clients must email me proof that they are over the age of 18. Such proof can be in the form of a copy of your drivers license or other state approved picture identification.

Samples of my past boudoir and artistic nude photography will only be shown to prospective clients after age of the client is verified.
