On-Location Photography Rates for Weddings, Family Vacations, Private Parties, Business Grand Openings, Public Festivals, Commercial Exhibitions & Shows:

Event photography within the Metro-Phoenix area of Arizona; This service starts at $200 for the first hour, including travel fee. Each additional hour is $100 charged in 30 minute increments.

Event photography outside of the Metro-Phoenix area but within Arizona; This service starts at $1000 for up to 5 hours. Each additional hour of photography will be $100 charged in 30 minute increments. This rate includes the photographer's travel costs and hotel expenses for up to 2 days of round trip travel. If the Event is within a National or State Park, such as the Grand Canyon, or on Indian controlled land such as Monument Valley, additional permit and entrance fees may apply.

Event photography outside of Arizona but within the lower 48 states is a flat $5000; This rate covers up to 8 hours of photography on the Event day and the photographer's travel costs for up to 7 days of round trip travel time. If more time is required an additional $500 per day will be charged. If the Event is within a National Park or Indian controlled land additional permit and entrance fees may apply.

If the photographer is required to fly outside of the lower 48 states, such as to Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S. Territories, additional travel fees will apply.

Photography in other countries is not available.

Finished digital images will be available in the JPG format. The client must provide a blank disc, USB thumb-drive or other digital media in order to take possession of the finished digital images. If the client cannot provide the needed media for transfer the photographer can deliver the images on a disc for an additional $10 per disc.

The finished images will be pre-sized to print as an 8x10 at 300 dpi. This will allow the client to print the images on their home printer or have them printed at a print shop of their choice.

There is an additional charge of $20 per photo if the client needs the images sized larger than 8x10. The maximum printable image size is 40x60. Please note that some print shops may not be able to handle large print sizes if you plan to employ a local print shop to do your printing.

If the client does not wish to handle their own printing print packages are available in the column on the right of this page.

A 50% deposit and a signed contract are required for photography sessions being held in Arizona. A 50% deposit and estimated travel fees will be required for photography sessions being held in any of the lower 48 states. Travel to Alaska, Hawaii, or any of the other U.S. Territories will require 100% of the estimated fees upfront. Checks and PayPal payments are accepted for deposits if the event day is more than 30 days from the date of the contract signing. Cash deposits are required for events being held less than 30 days from the date of the contract signing. Final payments are due in cash plus any applicable taxes and travel fees upon delivery of the finished images.

Primary Event Print Package includes the following sizes for a flat $500.00 printed on both Luster and Gloss photo paper. Total quantity will be 100 prints.

All gloss and luster photo prints are unframed. Client is responsible for matting & framing.

On-Location Portrait Photography within Arizona:

This photography service is a flat $10 per finished digital photo with a $50 minimum plus applicable travel fees and taxes.

This service is primarily for family group photography and individuals that need employee or model related head-shots taking less than one hour. This service is available only within Arizona. Pet Portraits also available at the same rate as family portraits.

All photography is conducted at a location of the client's choosing but is restricted to Arizona only. Additional permit and entrance fees will apply if the photography session is being held within a National or State Park or on Indian controlled land.

Finished digital images will be available on disc in the JPG formats for an additional $10 per disc.

The client also has the option of providing their own disc or Thumbdrive in which to transfer the images to at no extra charge.
