Ordering procedure & Terms of Sale;
If you want to pay for your order by Check simply send me an email at sales@deepdesertent.com or stevenplove@gmail.com with the name of the image, the size and type of print you want made. I will then email you an invoice with the total amount due including shipping and Arizona Tax (No tax due for orders outside of Arizona). You will then make a print copy of the invoice and return it to Deep Desert Enterprises at P.O.Box 284 Arlington, AZ 85322 along with the total amount due.
All Checks must clear the Bank before any prints are shipped.
For those wishing to pay for their orders through PayPal send me an email at sales@deepdesertent.com or stevenplove@gmail.com with the name of the image, the size and type of print you want made. I will then send you an invoice through PayPal for the amount due including shipping and Arizona Tax (No tax due for orders outside of Arizona or if you are a commercial retailer). You will then simply pay by following the prompts in the PayPal invoice using your credit card or PayPal account. Save a copy of the PayPal invoice in your computer or make a paper copy for your records. Once your PayPal payment is confirmed your print order will then be shipped.
There is a 4% processing fee using PayPal.
All sales are final. There are no refunds due to "Buyer's Remorse". All shipped prints will be insured. If a print arrives damaged it must be reported to the shipping company and Deep Desert Enterprises by phone or email immediately so that the insurance can pay for a replacement print. The shipping company may require the damaged print returned to them prior to settling any damage claims. Deep Desert Enterprises is not responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred from damage claims.
There will be no refunds or exchanges for shipped prints if any shipping damage is not reported within 24 hours of the date of delivery.
